In life all things are not created equal. That goes for gallstones also. One must understand that with gallstones and getting rid of gallstones, there are several factors that one must take into account.
The factors that we have found that directly influence the amount of Gallbladder Complete that you should be taking.
The size of the gallstone:
Gallstones that might have taken years to accumulate and grow sometimes cannot be dissolved in days or even weeks. A general rule of thumb in helping with the process is this: a person should take 3 to 6 ounces per day of Gallbladder Complete for each 2-4 millimeters of gallstones that they need to dissolve. If a person has a gallstone that measures 5 millimeters, it is very possible that they will need between 2 to 3 days of 3 to 6 ounces per day to treat and dissolve that stone. This would mean that a person will be using between 6 and 18 ounces of Gallbladder Complete (2 to 3 bottles) to get rid of that 5 millimeter stone. As Gallbladder Complete works, pain, if it is present, should be getting less and less as the stones get smaller until they are either dissolved or passed. The good news, the longer and more consistent that we use Gallbladder Complete, the better chance there is that any size stone or number of stones can be dissolved. Understand that this is only a general observation based upon historical trends. Not all individuals can and will realize these same results or within the timeframe as outlined.
The size of the individual:
The larger the individual, the more ingredients and the larger dosage will be needed to make things happen. The rule of thumb: 3 to 6 ounces should be good for anyone over 200 pounds. If you weight more, make the adjustment for a little more. More means more active ingredients in your body to get rid of the gallstones faster. You cannot take too much!
Your Diet:
Diet can make a difference. The more food that you eat and the more liquids that you drink, the higher the metabolism will run. The more Gallbladder Complete is diluted on an immediate basis the less effective it can be. Strike a balance between not over diluting and making sure that you have adequate liquids and good foods in your system. (about 4-6 8oz. glasses per day) The main key is to not dilute Gallbladder Complete with liquids that will be detrimental to the benefits of Gallbladder Complete. Avoid excessive amounts of coffee, tea, pop, sodas and alcohol. With food, avoid those high in salt, sugars and preservatives as well as high protein meals. (beef, pork and other meats) Avoid meals that are greasy which can set off a gallbladder attack. Direct intake of oils are also detrimental as they can effectively add to the problem. Give Gallbladder Complete the best chance to work it's magic.
Additional Things to Do:
Heat helps. More than any other thing we would suggest in helping with the use of Gallbladder Complete is the use of either a heat pad or heat packs in the area of your gallbladder. Heat has the effect of helping liquify the stones, sludge or debris in the gallbladder. Heat will also allow things to relax so pain will dissipate rather quickly after taking a dose of the Gallbladder Complete.
Pillows are good. A couple extra pillows to elevate the body at night are helpful. Let gravity help in moving things down and out. This helps avoid issues such as bile backup, nausea, acid reflux , etc.. A 45 degree angle on the upper body is best if doable.
Excercise: Speeding up the metabolism is a good thing. Excercise can make this happen whether it is walking, running and any other type of activity that burns more calories.
