If any of our products do not achieve the intended results as advertised or otherwise advised, Complete Natural Products will refund the purchase price of the product less any discounts or shipping costs.
All guidelines and recommendations in using the product need to be followed by the customer.
An instruction sheet is enclosed with each shipment recommending the amount of dosage, the time for taking the products, the need to add the products to either water or another liquid, understanding that most of our products are concentrates and the importance of following the directions to insure success.
For kidney stones and gallstones and the use of Kidney Complete and Gallbladder Complete, a minimum recommendation of two bottles would need to be used in order to adequately resolve most kidney stone or gallstone issues. More could be recommended based upon the customers need and history. Thus, a purchase of less than two bottles or the recommended amount would not be refundable as the required amount of product would not have been used as recommended to solve the given customers problem.
All refunds should be made no sooner than 30 days due to the inherent nature of the health issues involved and no longer than 90 days for a refund to be considered.
Complete Natural Products does not make refunds based upon the following issues non-related to product results.
The taste, color, texture, or smell of the product. (Most products are apple cider vinegar based) If at all possible, please know in advance if you can or cannot use apple cider vinegar or have a conflict with any other ingredients before you place an order. We suggest adding a little apple cider vinegar in water as a sample taste test to insure their are no personal issues with using apple cider vinegar. Testing products are non-refundable.
If a refund is desired, and the criteria for a refund is met, the procedure as outlined should be followed:
An email addressing your refund should be directed to info@completenaturalproducts.com. The following information should be included in the email.
i. Name
ii. Date
iii. Address & Phone Number
iv. Order number
v. Product Ordered
vi. Reason for the refund request.
Upon receipt of the refund acceptance number, you may be asked to fill out a short email questionnaire. This questionnaire would be emailed out to the customer and the customer would need to email this questionnaire back to Complete Natural Products. This brief survey with the refund acceptance number will need to be returned in order for the refund to be processed.
All unopened and unused product clearly marked with “REFUND ####” where “####” is the given refund number, would be mailed back to Complete Natural Products at the customers expense to:

Upon receipt of any unopened product and the completed questionnaire, the refund will be applied to the credit card used on the original transaction within 7 days. All discounts, shipping costs, and a $10 handling fee would be deducted from the invoice total in question. Only the last invoice on multiple customer purchases would be eligible for a refund.
